1. OVERVIEW

 

 

Hybrid Group Marketing strives to provide high-quality marketing services and clear communication throughout every engagement.

 

Due to the nature of digital and creative services, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

 

 

 

2. MONTHLY SERVICES

 

 

 

14-Day Trial Period

 

 

Some monthly plans may include a 14-day trial.

 

  • During the trial, clients receive strategy, planning, audits, and initial creative direction

  • If you choose not to continue before the trial ends, no charges will be applied

 

 

Once the trial period ends and billing begins, no refunds will be issued for that billing cycle.

 

 

 

Ongoing Monthly Plans

 

 

  • Monthly fees are billed in advance

  • No refunds are provided for partial months, unused time, or paused services

  • Cancellation requires 14 days’ written notice prior to the next billing date

 

 

Services rendered before cancellation remain billable.

 

 

 

3. PROJECT-BASED SERVICES

 

 

For one-time or custom projects:

 

  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun

  • Refunds are not issued for completed or partially completed work

  • If a project is canceled after work has started, the client is responsible for payment covering work completed up to that point

 

 

 

 

4. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

 

 

Refunds are not issued based on performance metrics such as:

 

  • Engagement

  • Follower growth

  • Sales or conversions

 

 

Marketing outcomes vary and cannot be guaranteed.

 

 

 

5. EXCEPTIONS

 

 

Refunds may be considered only if:

 

  • A duplicate payment was made in error

  • A billing error occurred on our end

 

 

Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method.

 

 

 

6. PAYMENT DISPUTES

 

 

Clients are encouraged to contact Hybrid Group Marketing directly before filing a chargeback or payment dispute.

 

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate service termination and restriction from future services.

 

 

 

7. POLICY CHANGES

 

 

Hybrid Group Marketing reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time.

Updates will be posted on this page with the revised date.
